Hello. I get this error message when I try to create a user page:
- Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/yaron57/public_html/w/extensions/OpenID/Auth/OpenID/Consumer.php on line 1184
Same message when I try to access my Preferences page:

Hello Again. I now get this error message.
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:
SELECT uoi_openid,uoi_user_registration FROM `user_openid` WHERE uoi_user = '4'
from within function "SpecialOpenID::getUserOpenIDInformation". Database returned error "1054: Unknown column 'uoi_user_registration' in 'field list' (localhost)".

So, Jon, I guess we got that one resolved. But the email problem is still pending...

It seems in certain cases you get these error massages but the email gets sent (password change request, for example) and in some cases like yours and when I try to "email this user" to myslef, no mail is sent. Did you verify whether or not you get email notices when pages on your watchlist are changed? (note: you need to configure your preferences to enable email notification of watchlist changes) --Poor richard (talk) 03:04, November 3, 2012 (UTC)

--Poor richard (talk) 03:29, November 3, 2012 (UTC) Ooops -- correction of my previous report: I did in fact get the emails I sent from Referata to myself, they went to my spam folder. So this leaves the only unresolved problem the failure of user Jon Awbrey to get his email address confirmation email and password change email.
Jon, Referata hasn't found your email problem yet. Yaron and I get the the same page full of error messages as you, but we get the expected emails anyway. Please try signing in manually instead of using OpenID, set your preferences to get email notices of watchlist changes, and see if you get notices. --Poor richard (talk) 03:29, November 3, 2012 (UTC)

I just checked my browser cookie settings -- I have cookies "allowed for session" for referata.com -- could this be an issue with your browser? --Poor richard (talk) 06:39, November 3, 2012 (UTC)
